Why Therapy ?

Many times the challenges we face are manifestations of past times and past events.

" My childhood", "My high school years", "The war", "My addiction", are a few examples of this. Sadly, we think that new relationships or new surroundings will resolve our past issues. We believe that  what's troubling us happened a long time ago so of course I'm over it now. At some point though we realize  that’s not what happens. Past issues or events can manifest themselves and hold us back from achieving the type life we dream of having. Jim simply believes that the key to successful therapy is not just identifying those past issues but working to resolve them.
